To receive assistance from us, you must have purchased our products. To verify your purchase, please provide us with your Tebex Transaction ID, which can be found in the email you received upon making the purchase.
If you encounter any issues due to our oversight, such as insufficient instructions or errors in the product, we are committed to helping you resolve them. You can reach out to us through our Discord group, email us at , or contact us through the official cfx.re project’s forum.
Please be aware that there are circumstances in which we may be unable to refund your money if we cannot assist you with a problem you are experiencing, and these conditions are outlined in our .

If you're using a modified, outdated, or incomplete version of a framework or voice script that our product supports, we are unable to provide a refund if the product does not function properly.
Similarly, if you're utilizing a framework or voice script that our product does not explicitly support, we cannot issue a refund if you encounter difficulties in fully converting the resource. Nonetheless, we will make every effort to assist you in successfully completing the conversion process.
In cases where our script supports custom framework conversion but you encounter challenges, we won’t be able to provide direct assistance. Instead, we will offer guidance and options for you to handle the conversion independently.
If you observe a missing function or feature that was not demonstrated in our video or mentioned in the product description, we are unable to offer a refund.
Lastly, if the product ceases to function due to modifications made to its files, including settings and language files, we cannot refund your purchase.

If you engage in reselling, sharing, or leaking our products, your account will be banned from our Tebex store, and access to the products will be revoked without any possibility of a refund.
Sharing any files associated with our products (excluding configuration files and translation files) publicly will result in your account being banned from our Tebex store, and access to the products will be terminated, with no refund provided.
In the event that a server is discovered to be using leaked versions of our products, we will report it to FiveM, which may result in the server being banned.
